Here to help calm anxious thoughts and transform relationships
Letβs be honestβlife is hard. Especially when youβve spent years trying to keep it all together. Maybe youβre the one everyone counts on. Maybe youβve been hiding how anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected you really feel. Maybe your relationship is a mess because you both stopped listening. Maybe youβve never even considered asking for helpβ¦ until now.
If thatβs you, youβre in the right place.
I offer therapy for adults in Pottstown, PA and across Pennsylvania who are navigating anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, and people-pleasing. Sometimes that means naming hard truths. Sometimes it means sitting with you while you write out a stressful budget so it doesnβt feel so paralyzing. Always, it means offering a space where you donβt have to mask, pretend, or do it alone.
What is therapy like with me?
I work best with thoughtful, creative adults who feel like theyβre too much and not enough. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals, parents, artists, musicians, writers, fantasy lovers, or neurodivergent individuals who never quite fit the mold. Curse, laugh, cry, and take deep breaths when life feels too fast, argue Tamlinβs redemption arc, or your Ronnie Radke opinion. You get to show up without editing yourself. (Iβm a Nesta girlie. Donβt hate π«£)
Here, you donβt have to explain why the world feels too loud, why the pressure to perform is exhausting, or why a book or band or video game character means so much to you. We lean into that part of youβnot away from it.
Come crash out on my millennial green couch while we explore where your anxiety, self-esteem issues, or people-pleasing patterns come fromβnot to blame the past, but to free you up for the future. Iβm chill, unfiltered, and ready to teach you skills to sort through it all and find relief. I donβt sugarcoatβbut I do care deeply. I bring my full self into sessions and invite you to do the same.
Weβll blend relational therapy with tools from DBT, CBT, music therapy, geek therapy, and the Gottman Method. Whether youβre new to therapy or returning after a break, youβll be met with empathy, honesty, and zero judgment.
Couples Therapy in Pottstown, PA
Whether youβre feeling distant, not having fun, stuck in the same arguments, or wondering if youβll ever have sex again, weβll get curious (not combative) about whatβs going on under the surface. We can talk openly about parenting, sex, mental load, and communication. Nothingβs off-limits here.
Using The Gottman Method and a relational lens, Iβll help you slow down, hear each other more clearly, learn applicable skills to better navigate conflict and rebuild trust, closeness, and connectionβin and out of the bedroom.
Why clients tend to feel comfortable with me
Iβm a recovering perfectionist, a wife, a parent of two (one is neurodivergent), a quirky creative with a music background, and someone who knows how exhausting it is to constantly manage everythingβand still feel like you're falling short. I bring both clinical training and lived experience to the therapy room, which means Iβm not just listening. Iβm connecting the dots and giving you tools that make sense for your life.
Clients often tell me Iβm easy to talk to and that I help them understand the βwhyβ behind what weβre doing. That matters. Because therapy shouldnβt feel like some mysterious process you have to just trust will workβit should feel grounding, clarifying, tailored to you, and most of all HUMAN.
